Gordon Hall, Queen’s University – Kingston, Ontario

Clad in local Kingston limestone, Gordon Hall was completed in 1911. It was constructed in the Collegiate Gothic style and is defined by a crisp symmetrical composition.

The deteriorated segment of this emblem was delicately removed with great care given to preserving the integrity of the undamaged portions. A newly recreated indent was carved and pinned to the original piece.
