Bust of Jim Morrison
Sculpted from plastiline, this bust of Jim Morrison was created as part of the construction of a herm. Typically rectangular in shape, these stone posts bearing a carved head were historically used as a boundary marker in ancient Greece.
The bust was cast in plaster and mounted on a plaster panel base. Following the addition of some final details, a patina was added to the ensemble to give the impression of a soft Mediterranean limestone.
